If you’re looking for a quick 20 minute manicure and have an incredibly high pain tolerance this place is perfect for you. My tech didn’t turn on the dust collector, was incredibly rough filing my nails, and rushed through the actual polish application. At the end I got a massage which I guess was supposed to be relaxing but instead transported me to the octagon wherein it felt like I was getting the knots in my back hammered out of me and not in a good way. I’m not sure who trained who but the customer service was mediocre at best. Not to mention a woman at the front, an employee, was hacking up a lung and spitting out mucus in front of everyone into a trash can. I would avoid this place like the plague.
